THE VCP701/IRH OFFERS ALL THE
FUNCTIONALITY OF THE VCP701 DAY/NIGHT
ZOOM CAMERA IN A STYLISH WEATHERPROOF
HOUSING WITH INTEGRATED IR LEDS.
This high performance camera features an impressive 30 x
optical zoom lens and two integrated IR LED lamps, which enables
the unit t
o capture images at an approximate range of 50 metres in
light levels as low as 0.00 lux (IR LED on).
The camera comes complete with a convenient fixing plate and cable managed bracket to guarantee a
quick and easy install. Featuring an RS-485 controller interface, the VCP701/IRH can be integrated with a variety of
control equipment including standard telemetry keyboards and PTZ enabled DVRs.
Boasting a high resolution of 550TVL, the VLP4026 delivers superior picture quality.
Incorporating 42 IR LEDs the VLP4026 is able to capture images at a range of 40m in light
levels as low as 0.0Lux (IR LED on).

Home Office recommendations, incorporated into European Standards for CCTV Systems specify that in order to be able to recognise a
person he or she should occupy at least 50% of monitor height. Also if it necessary to be able to positively identify an unknown person
then his or her image should occupy 120% or more of the screen's height.
When designing a system it is assumed that the person to be recognised or identified is the European Standard height of 1.6m tall and is
standing upright!

or recognition, if a 1.6m person must occupy 50% of screen height, then the monitor must cover no more than 2 x 1.6m = 3.2m
at the distance from the camera where the person is standing.
